@sandra1pryde has been training with me for just over a year now. Sandra had always been very active and still enjoyed cycling and walking. Her main goal was to increase her upper body strength and feel stronger.
Sandra has achieved her goal and so much more. She smashes full push ups and look at those chin ups! As well as feeling stronger, resistance training has also allowed Sandra to feel much happier in herself and more confident in her body image.
Women can lose muscle mass after menopause but resistance training can help prevent this.
Sandra is proof that resistance training really can make you feel amazing 🤩
